I thought I would a do a few top 5’s this year and this jumped out at me!  Shanah at the Bionic Book Worm always has fabulous topics and you can find her March’s here.

You will need to forgive me for a couple of things, firstly I’m new to the top 5 game so bear with me as I find my feet and secondly for the rubbish photos below!  I’m not the greatest (as you can see!) but am hoping that practice makes perfect!!!!

I was worried that my picks weren’t imaginative enough but I love them for different reasons……let me explain!

A Court of Frost & Starlight by Sarah J Maas

I couldn’t not include a Sarah book! This series holds a special place in my heart and it’s something I have reread many times.

Caraval by Stephanie Garber

Look at the beautifulness of that spine……and what a series so far!

Roar by Cora Cormack

I am so fortunate to have great book friends.  My friend met Cora at a book signing and she got me this signed copy.  Also she included a Stormheart and also recorded a video with Cora in it for me!  I was so happy and it’s something I’ll treasure forever.

Heart of Thorns by Bree Barton

Firstly sorry for the crap picture!  I actually haven’t read this book yet but I just am in love with this spine!

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by JK Rowling

Not only am I obsessed with all things Harry, this series got me through quite a bad time in my life and also I found out that this copy is a very early edition (which I would never sale!)  My copy is a little beaten up but look at that spine!

  1. Welcome to the fun Caro! I also had problems with my first picture as I was so late today that I had to take it under artificial light!

  2. I just know I’m going to love Roar, but I also know that I’m going to want to immediately read the next book in the series and it hasn’t even been written yet, so I’m holding off!

  3. Hi and welcome to Top 5 Tuesday! I love the spines on the Caraval paperbacks! Makes me want to buy them in the paperback even though I have the hardcovers! Beautiful pictures by the way! Thanks for participating – added you to the list 🙂
