For 2025, I’ve been using both StoryGraph and Goodreads to track my reading because I just can’t let Goodreads go! That said, I’m absolutely loving the stats on StoryGraph, especially the monthly breakdowns.
Back in late 2024, I realized I’d need to scale back on my reading goals. With working longer hours and the never-ending demands of adulting, something had to give—and I can definitely say I read less in 2025!

You’ve done great this past year. Believe me my reading numbers are down from last year as well, sadly. I got a puppy this year, had surgery and I swear I’m doing more to help my adult kids than when they were younger. The time just doesn’t seem to be there for reading like it was last year and that’s okay . Family is always first . Best of luck to you next year with your reading, maybe we’ll both get a few more read next year than this one. 😀📚

Looks like a great reading year! Scaling back on reading goals makes so much sense, and is something I intend to do for 2026.
