I have a story about the receiving of a bad gift that I still remember to this day. I had a very old great aunt and when I was around 14 she gave me the most hideous, bright green, elbow high gloves with feathers around, ala the 1940s! I can safely say I never wore them but thanked her for the lovely gift!

I only have 10 points, received a bad gift (more than one). I remember getting a sweater from my parents when I was young that I didn’t want and my mother had already pointed out in a store. There was no escaping.. it’s because SHE loved it.

Thirty points. The worst gift I remember is a lemon yellow velour track suit from my MIL. If you know me, yellow is definitely not my color, and I’ve never owned anything made of velour, lol.
