Reblogging – I have so many questions!
Reblogging is something I am thinking of doing in 2024 because I see some posts and I think I’d love to show my support for this post and the person who posted it.
But I am always hesitant about reblogging as I don’t know the proper etiquette, if any exists! I’ve googled but it doesn’t really say much so thought I’d ask here!

~ Do you mind if someone reblogs your post?
~ Would you prefer someone asked before reblogging?
~ Or would you prefer another blogger to link up your post in another post?

I just had someone reblog one of my posts and I don’t mind at all. I have it set up so it can’t show up on their blog without my approval. I don’t reblog often but maybe I should more often. In my.opinion reblogging is a sign of respect for a bloggers blog and a fun way to see other post we wouldn’t normally see. Who knows it may bring new subscribers to your blog as well.

Glad you see it like that. I don’t have that many followers but I thought that if more people see the post then it’s better!

I occasionally reblog but always put a line or two saying why so it’s clear I’m sharing someone else’s post. I’ve had quite a few of my posts shared recently on blogs which just seem to share other people’s posts. I don’t think it’s always clear who has written the original or even that it isn’t their own post.

I don’t either, only about 265 myself but the more that see it the better and I’ve gotten followers this way. I say just go for it, if a Blogger doesn’t like it they can just ask you to remove it but I don’t see it happening
