  4. Happy birthday!!!! Great list — I do like horror sometimes (if it’s really smart and well-written), but can’t argue with any of the others. I hate the marketing bit — “the next big thing” — usually a sign that the publisher is trying too hard! 🙂

  5. I love nearly all of these. I don’t mind a good love triangle though. I sometimes get a bit bored with the predictability of romances and a well written love triangle makes life a bit more interesting.

  6. Happy birthday!! I think most of these are on my list too, maybe the first is the one I’d still be ok with if written well. I’m reading one now that ticks two boxes btw so I’m not very happy (review on the blog in a week or two) and it’ll translate in my rating.
