I made a promise to myself that I’d really cutback on my book buying this year for a few reasons:
✔ I’m running out space,
✔ My tbr has never been bigger than it is right now,
✔ I’m trying to save some money.
I don’t want to put a limit of the number of books I buy each month as it’s like a red rag to a bull and I spend, spend, spend so I’m going to try and put willpower in place (wish me luck!!!)
So for February I’ve chosen one book! I’ve already preordered it too so I could enter to get the preorder goodies!

I ordered Last Seen Alive by Joanna Schaffhausen (a thriller – serial killer type), Anatomy, A Love Story by Dana Schwartx (YA Gothic – read the ARC) and she’s doing a author virtual event with Laura Sebastian, so I ordered her book too – Castles in Their Bones (YA Fantasy & Beautiful cover – 1st book in a trilogy). I’m hoping all these books will be signed since they come off of an author event but we shall see.

I have ARCs for two books that are releasing in February that I’m looking forward to (including the next in the Veronica Speedwell series by Deanna Raybourn), but I actually don’t have any book purchases planned. I’m trying to stay in control!!

I can’t wait for Crescent City #2!! I will probably reread book 1 next week because I don’t remember the full story. I was very good with book ban, I bought only one book for now!! I’m so proud of myself, haha. Good luck with your book ban!!

Congrats to you, one book is great! I thought I might listen to the audio of CC1 for a reread but not sure I can fit it in with everything else I want to read 😂

Perhaps I will try the audiobook… I am really jealous of people who enjoy audiobooks, I tried once and I kept getting distracted.
