This book picks up where we left off in Forging. Tycho and Jax are together and Callyn is with Lia Mara….but alliances are still fractured and the scravers are looking for blood!

All of our characters are having personal struggles, Tycho with his magic and loyalty, Jax with struggling with being in a foreign land with a language he doesn’t understand with people he doesn’t trust and Callyn hiding her newfound magic.

I loved Jax so much, he is my fave character from this series and him and Tycho together makes my heart sing!

But I did feel like this book hung out the story where it didn’t need it a tad . But don’t get me wrong, I liked this read and I will defo be reading book 3!

Sparking Fire Out of Fate

Here we are in the conclusion and the scravers are inching closer and closer to takeover.

This book was packed with action and danger — by the final chapters, my heart was in my mouth! I genuinely felt on edge the whole time.

Alec and Callyn were so sweet together, and I completely fell in love with Alec. Honestly, it was a real struggle deciding who I loved more — Alec or Jax. Both of their character arcs were beautifully developed and truly outstanding.

This was such a satisfying conclusion. I’m going to miss this world and these characters… but I’m really hoping we might get a Nora book next!
