Hi everyone, hope you’ve had a good week and a great Thanksgiving if you celebrate!

It’s been a normal week here apart from my internet provider did me dirty and didn’t tell me they were taking down the internet in my area for maintenance so that meant a lot of stress on Tuesday when I couldn’t work! Had I known in advance I could’ve gone to the office so now I’ve had to give up a days holiday I had booked in December. I am not amused!

I’m on fire listening to audiobooks again this month. I’m loving Bookbeat and also my library (apart from the wait times!) so I think I’m going to cancel my audible membership in January as 1 book a month doesn’t cut it for me and I’m not buying more credits anymore!

Although I was confused about what was going on with the timeline at the start, I think this is my fave of the series so far!

Tip – make sure you remember what happened at the end of Ravensong then you won’t be confused!

We met Robbie Fontaine in the 2 previous books and this is the story of how he got where he was and what happens after, a continuation.

Ezra/Robert and Michelle, aka the enemy, are up to it again and the Bennett pack find themselves slap bang in the middle of it!

Kelly and Robbie make my life! ‘For when you’re ready.’ ‘Love, love, love, my heartsong.’

I don’t think this book was darker than the other 2 books but maybe more sinister. I’m so emotionally invested in this series and so addicted!

There’s something about these books, this found family, that makes me want to wander round in a wood and see if I can find them!!!!

OMG I was in awe of this book but I know the next one is going to be explosive!!!!!!

Topic: Reasons Why I’m Thankful for Books

I’m in England so don’t celebrate Thanksgiving but love hearing about all your plans for food and celebrations!

Of course I am also thankful for books and here are my reasons why I’m thankful for them!

~ Books are the reason I started blogging and bookstagramming!

~ Books, my blog and bookstagram has meant I’ve found some fab book friends!

~ Books gave me the escapism in a time of my life where I really needed it.

~ Books have made me smile and laugh!

~ Books mean I always have something to do!

~ Books saved me from peopleing on my commute to work (when I worked in the office!!)

~ Books mean I can relax on my bed in my pj’s at any time of the day!!!

~ Books (and special editions) mean I have pretty book shelves!

~ Books have introduced me to bookish art and bookish candles and now I’m obsessed!!!

~ Books mean I get deliveries a lot and now I look forward to my regular postman calling me ‘young lady’ 🤣🤣🤣

Well that was defo adult!

Envy is trying to save his court by solving clues and artist, Camilla, gets swept up into it and it takes them to the demon world.

Loved it! It was dark and enchanting although a slow starter and a bit confusing in places but the segsual tension is huge! Envy and Camilla are basically just horny the majority of the time and I am here for it!!!!!

The romance was maddening, both of them drove me bloomin crazy but I particularly enjoyed that Camilla basically has Envy on his knees as she was just as sneaky and devious as he was!!! Fabulous!

I loved the banter between the 7 brothers, I need more of these Demon Princes! Sloth is my fave (he’s a reader) but looks like Pride is next!

Another week has gone by and Christmas is well on the way and I couldn’t be happier, my fave time of year!

Just a normal week of work and school for us (my son had his hair cut and that was about as exciting as it got!!!)

It’s coming to the end of the year and it’s time for me to take stock of my tbr and I know I’ll probably need to breathe into a paper bag after counting!!!! Do you do this or go with the flow of your tbr?
